Below you will find all relevant information about our shipping methods, costs, processing times, and delivery conditions.

 

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email at fifiscarves@gmail.com


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address

  • Weight or volume of the package

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated shipping costs:

  • Domestic Shipping (within Spain, Baleares and Portugal): from 6,90€

  • International Shipping: If an order is shipped to an address outside the EU, it may be subject to applicable import duties and taxes when the shipment arrives at its destination. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying such import duties, taxes, or similar fees. Orders shipped to the US will be sent via DHL Express. DHL will send you a message with the amount of duties to be paid upon delivery.

Free shipping applies to orders over 100€ only in Peninsula, Spain.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using DHL.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 2 to 4 business days

  • European Union (if applicable): 3 to 5 business days

  • International: 8 to 14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your package

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses

  • Lost shipments due to incomplete or inaccurate address information

If a package is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply.

 

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier and notify us at:

We will assist you in any way we can, but final responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.

 

8. Delivery Issues & Delays

Delays may occur due to:
